Set global rate cards to be shared by all, or attach individual rate cards to specific clients. Farmers WIFE offers the freedom of flexible pricing structures.

Scheduling – drag and drop in customizable interface
Schedule by drag and drop while making changes to one or several resources at once. Create hotkey commands to toggle to your favorite view. All costs are automatically tracked to your project.

Conflict Management – no double booking ever again
Any attempt to schedule a busy resource will result in a conflict warning. Preliminary bookings make it possible however to place several “pencil” bookings. Any changes made are tracked in the history pane of the booking, giving you a full audit trail.

Project Centralization – never search for project data again
Bookings are chronologically displayed in the project window, putting your entire project at your finger tips! Even external files can be attached to your project.

Cost Tracking – no third party software required
The Financial Reports Designer gives you direct access to the financial status of your business. Farmers WIFE also gives you the flexibility to create unlimited report types, no third party software required!     

Contact Database – centralized contact information
Minimize your contact database by sharing information across the company. With the Advanced Contact Search you can mine your client information and export it to your spreadsheet application!

Sync – consolidate events and bookings with your email calendar
For those accustomed to seeing their schedules in MS Outlook ® or iCal, the manual sync feature of Farmers WIFE syncs Contacts, Events and To Dos right to their personal calendar!

Long Form – Gantt style overview for long term planning
A Gant style overview gives the user access to one or several projects at a time, displaying project phases and booking statuses. Reschedule entire projects, simply through drag and drop.

Long Form – Room and Resource Overview
The Object Tree tool of the Long Form displays object usage per project or task and can even display the availability of selected types of resources – ideal for long term planning.    

Advanced Personnel Management
Administrators with the proper permissions have access to the Personnel Management feature, for tracking employee holidays, sick days, shifts etc.

Booking Dependencies- automatically ripple schedule changes
Use dependencies to ripple any changes between bookings. Warnings will alert the scheduler of conflicts caused by the schedule change.

Booking Templates- sets of bookings make reoccurring scheduling a cinch
Reuse templates as needed to automate the often tedious task of scheduling episodic work and other reoccurring jobs. Booking Templates can also be configured to automatically find available resources.

Booking Types- different tracking needs stored
Configure as many booking types as you like to store data with a specific kind of booking. Each field appears in the Advanced Booking Search, making it easy to back track to specific sessions.

Force Confirmation- schedule all jobs in one room if needed
Create several confirmed bookings for the same object. This may be used to book an operator for several simultaneous activities on separate jobs.

Object Classes- view sets of resources or auto-schedule for convenience
Object Classes categorize and identify objects. Use this classification to generate reports, for example on “Edits” as a group. Object classes can be filtered through the “Class Availability” feature to display available resources in the Long Form. An optional “Auto-replace” feature will resolve conflicts by finding available objects for you.

From Quoting to Invoicing
Individual payment terms and convenient invoice templates can be stored with individual clients. Track payments and due dates through the Invoice Manager. Report directly from the Farmers WIFE Printing Designer or by exporting to your spreadsheet application.
