Autodesk Subscription For Autodesk Maya (formerly Platinum Membership)
1. What is Subscription with Gold Support?
Subscription with Gold Support is the new program name replacing Platinum Membership. Subscription with Gold Support members receive access to support options and learning resources on the Subscription Center.
2. What are the benefits of Subscription with Gold Support?
Subscription with Gold Support includes unlimited hotline support, access to product upgrades and updates, a wealth of e-Learning resources, subscription contract and license management functionality through the Subscription Center, and the ability to log hotline cases online.
3. Who qualifies for Subscription with Gold Support?
Customers with Autodesk® AliasStudio™, Autodesk® ImageStudio, Autodesk® Studio, Autodesk® DesignStudio®, Autodesk® SurfaceStudio, Autodesk® Showcase™, Autodesk® Maya®, Autodesk® MotionBuilder™ or mental ray® Standalone software products are eligible to purchase Subscription with Gold Support.
4. I have an existing Platinum Membership contract - how can I access the Subscription with Gold Support content?
To take advantage of the many benefits of Subscription with Gold Support, including online logging and viewing of support cases, access to e-Learning courses, technical documentation, knowledge bases, and the ability to view software licenses and your subscription contract, please log in to the Subscription Center.
